Project Vision:

The vision for the 3W Forex project was to extend our reach beyond our physical location and provide valuable educational resources to learners worldwide who were interested in forex and blockchain markets.

Project Objective:

Our strategic objective was to bridge geographical barriers by creating an online educational platform. This platform would serve as an accessible and inclusive hub for learners unable to attend our physical location, allowing them to access high-quality courses and join our community.

My Role:

As the Product Manager and Owner for the online educational platform at 3W Forex, I played a pivotal role in shaping the project's direction and ensuring it aligned with our strategic goals. One of my key responsibilities was developing clear requirements that served as the blueprint for the platform's development.

• User Stories: I crafted user stories to articulate the specific needs and expectations of our platform's users. These user stories followed a structured format, such as "As a [user], I want [action] so that [benefit]." This approach allowed us to capture the essence of user requirements concisely and comprehensively.
• User-Centric Approach: My approach was rooted in a deep understanding of our user base. I conducted user research, gathered feedback, and maintained open lines of communication with our community to ensure that the platform's requirements resonated with our users' needs and expectations.
• Collaboration: I collaborated closely with our development teams and engaged stakeholders throughout the process. This collaborative effort ensured that user stories were refined, prioritized appropriately, and seamlessly integrated into the development pipeline.
• Alignment with Goals: Every user story and acceptance criteria was aligned with our platform's strategic goals and vision. This alignment was essential to ensure that the platform not only met user needs but also contributed to the broader mission of educating and empowering our community.
• Impact: My approach to requirements development had a significant positive impact on the project. It streamlined the development process, reduced ambiguities, and contributed to a higher level of user satisfaction.

Challenges Faced:

• Limited Resources for Marketing: One significant challenge we encountered was the limited financial resources available for marketing the online educational platform. Despite having a valuable product, we struggled to reach our target audience effectively due to budget constraints.
