Project Description:

Bitech Exchange aim to develop a fully functional cryptocurrency and gift card exchange application that enables users to convert their cryptocurrencies to cash, sell gift cards with key components such as user friendly interface, secure platform, multiple crypto-currency support (bitcoin, ethereum, etc.), brokerage services (crypto to fiat, gift card to fiat), mobile compatibility and customer support.

Problem Statement:

Bitech Exchange was developed to address the challenge of efficiently converting gift cards and cryptocurrencies into fiat currency. Many users faced difficulties in liquidating their gift cards and cryptocurrencies, resulting in a lack of accessibility to their funds.

Goals and Objectives:

The primary goals and objectives for Bitech Exchange were to:

• Provide users with a seamless platform to convert various gift cards and cryptocurrencies to fiat currency.
• Enhance financial accessibility by enabling users to receive payments directly to their bank accounts.
• Establish a secure and transparent exchange process to build trust among users.

These goals aligned with the broader strategy of empowering users to have greater control over their digital assets and facilitating easy access to funds.

Role and Achievement's

I took a Product Manager/Owner on the team. There was a team of 3+ designer, product manager, and developer combined on all project phases. I led the team across product management, user research, design, and development. My responsibilities include:

• Defining the product vision and strategy.
• Collaborating with Ux designer to implement user-friendly features and create prototype.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and user needs.
• Establishing partnerships with gift card providers and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Overseeing the development of a secure and compliant exchange platform.
